This document stipulates the evaluation index system, evaluation methods and grade classification of the "Leader" standard for threaded steel bars for prestressed concrete (hereinafter referred to as steel bars). This document is applicable to the enterprise standard level evaluation of threaded steel bars for prestressed concrete. Relevant institutions can refer to this document when formulating the "Top Runner" evaluation plan for corporate standards, and enterprises can also refer to it when formulating corporate standards.
