Scope

This part specifies the sampling, inspection, determination of inspection results and handling of unqualified pneumatic tire inner tubes for import and export. This section is applicable to the inspection of inner tubes of pneumatic tires such as cars, motorcycles, trucks, engineering machinery, industrial vehicles, tractors and agricultural machinery, as well as model vulcanized inner tubes of rickshaw tires. This section does not apply to the inspection of aviation tire inner tubes.
