- This specification applies to the design of plain concrete, reinforced concrete and prestressed concrete structures in water conservancy and hydropower projects, but does not apply to the design of concrete dams. This specification is formulated based on the principles stipulated in the national standard "Unified Standard for Structural Reliability Design of Water Conservancy and Hydropower Engineering" (GB 50199-94).
