This document specifies the type, technical requirements, test conditions, test methods, inspection rules, marking and packaging requirements of electromagnetic brakes for servo motors. This document applies to electromagnetic brakes used for braking and control of servo motor transmission systems. This document does not apply to explosion-proof electromagnetic brakes with special properties, as well as electromagnetic brakes for other special industries with special requirements.
