Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, quality and safety requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, and requirements for packaging and labeling, transportation and storage of wheat flour used in Shandong dumplings. This standard applies to commercial wheat flour for making dumplings made from local wheat produced in Shandong Province as the main raw material (≥60%).
