Scope
1.1 This regulation specifies the requirements for welding procedure qualification, welder examination, welding procedure, welding inspection and post-weld heat treatment of chromium molybdenum heat-resistant steel. This procedure applies to the welding construction of petrochemical chromium-molybdenum heat-resistant steel pipes (including industrial furnace pipes) and equipment. 1.2 The welding methods of molybdenum heat-resistant steel include: a) electrode arc welding; b) negative electrode ammonia arc welding; c) gas metal arc welding, d) submerged arc welding.
