Scope

This specification stipulates the requirements and quality standards for the construction of water supply and drainage pipeline projects with design pressures less than or equal to 1.6MPa. This specification is applicable to the construction and acceptance of buried and above-ground water supply and drainage pipelines in new construction, renovation and expansion projects of petrochemical engineering construction. Renovation, maintenance and other projects can be implemented as a reference. The petrochemical water supply and drainage pipeline project includes the following pipelines and pipeline structures: a) Pipes: 1) Production and domestic water supply pipes: 2) Fire protection pipes: 3) Circulating water pipes; 4) Production and domestic sewage pipes; 5) Rainwater pipes: 6 ) Piping in water treatment and circulating cooling facilities. b) Pipeline structures: 1) Water supply and drainage well chamber; 2) Water intake (drainage) outlet: 3) Support (blocking) piers. This specification does not apply to the following water supply and drainage pipes: a) Domestic water supply and drainage pipes inside buildings; b) Canal type water pipelines. Note: Pipe and channel water pipelines refer to water pipelines with special-shaped cross-sections such as circular, rectangular, arch, etc., which are constructed with bricks, stones and concrete blocks and are constructed with reinforced concrete on-site pouring and reinforced concrete prefabricated components.
