Scope: This standard specifies the oil change requirements for L-HL hydraulic oil during use. This standard is applicable to the quality monitoring of L-HL hydraulic oil lubricated by the circulation system of general machine tools' spindle boxes, hydraulic boxes and gearboxes or similar mechanical equipment during use. When one of the indicators of the L-HL hydraulic oil in use reaches the oil change indicator, new oil should be replaced. The implementation of this standard requires that the technical condition of the equipment is normal, the appropriate brand of L-HL hydraulic oil is selected according to the lubricating parts and working conditions of the equipment, and the properties of the oil are regularly monitored during use.
