1.1 The construction unit shall promptly notify the construction unit after the project is completed, and a completion acceptance team shall be formed by personnel from both parties, and the acceptance shall be completed within ten days. 1.2 The construction unit must provide completion technical data in triplicate to the construction unit. The completion technical data includes the following: a. Project description; b. Installation total quantity list; c. Test records; d. As-built drawings; e. On-site inspection Records; f. Project change order; g. Major project quality accident report; h. Construction start, completion, shutdown (resumption) report; i. Installed equipment detailed list; j. Acceptance certificate. 1.5 For projects that do not meet the provisions of this standard and have unqualified quality, the acceptance team will identify the reasons, assign responsibilities, and propose improvement measures and processing methods. 1.4 All projects that pass the on-site inspection by the construction unit shall be issued with an immediate visa, and generally no re-inspection will be conducted. 1.5 After the completion acceptance is passed, the construction unit shall sign and return two copies of the completion technical data within three days. The "Acceptance Certificate" shall be stamped and handed over to the construction site, and the construction unit shall forward one copy to the design unit.
