Scope

This standard specifies the installation, grounding, cable entry, core wire treatment and wiring technology of electrical equipment. This standard applies to the installation of general electrical equipment on fishing boats and fishery auxiliary boats. It does not include technical requirements for the installation of radio equipment, navigation, fishing aid equipment and other special equipment.
