- This standard stipulates the division, work content, assessment requirements and responsibilities of relevant units at each stage of the implementation of the electronic industry technical standards preparation plan. This standard applies to the preparation of national standards, national military standards, professional standards (ministerial standards) and ministry guidance technical documents in electronic industry technical standards. Enterprise standards in electronic industry technical standards can be referred to and implemented during the preparation process.
