- This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules for static parameter testers for medium and small-scale digital integrated circuits. This standard is applicable to test instruments that use the pressure flow measurement method and the flow pressure measurement method to test the static parameters of digital ICs. It is the common technical basis for the design, production, use and formulation of IC tester product standards for IC tester products.
