Scope
The test methods specified in this standard are applicable to the relevant performance and parameters specified in the Ministry of Inspection standard SJ2542-1984 "Technical Conditions for Weather Map Fax Machines (Simulation)". 1.1 The test methods specified in this standard, their test conditions and requirements should comply with the relevant provisions and requirements of the ministry standard SJ254-1984 "Technical Conditions for Weather Map Fax Machines (Simulation)" and product standards. 1.2 Test instruments must be measured or corrected and comply with the requirements of the ministry standard SJ943-1975 "General Provisions on Errors of Electronic Measuring Instruments". 1.3 The equipment under test and the test instruments should be preheated in accordance with the provisions of their respective product standards and must be tested after reaching the specified preheating time. 1.4 According to the requirements of the test instrument, comply with the corresponding standards and use the instrument correctly. 1.5 The connection between the equipment under test and the test instrument must be well matched and isolated to avoid affecting the test results. 1.6 When there is a lack of instruments required by this standard or a more accurate test method that is not specified in this standard, the manufacturer should propose an appropriate and feasible improved test method, and report it to the competent authority for approval when necessary. 1.7 For the method of using standard samples to test the performance of the equipment, see the "Weather Map Fax Test Samples" standard (to be determined).
