- This standard specifies the working conditions of mobile communication equipment, standard atmospheric conditions, standard test voltage conditions, and standard daily working cycle conditions. This standard applies to equipment in the frequency range below 1000MHz that operates with one or more radio frequency channels and is intended for single-channel information modulation, simplex or duplex mode transmission and reception, including antenna converters and duplexers. and antennas integrated into the equipment, etc. Unless otherwise specified, measurements shall be carried out under the standard conditions of the test.
