Scope

This part specifies the sampling, inspection, determination of inspection results and handling of unqualified tires for import and export of bicycle tires (wheel tires and inner tubes), including pneumatic tires for bicycles, human tricycles and trolleys. This section does not apply to tubular racing tires and non-pneumatic tires.
