Scope

This standard applies to bits for continuous drilling of deep wells, to drilling heads with a core receiver for drilling wells with core selection, equipped with natural and synthetic diamonds, as well as super-hard composite materials. This standard does not apply to special types of bits and drilling heads (bicentric, milling cutters, crowns, drilling heads with a side core sampler, etc.)
