- This standard specifies the technical requirements, crimping process, inspection items and methods, inspection rules and quality assurance measures for the crimping connection between the pins (holes) of crimping plug sockets and wires. This standard also stipulates the most basic technical requirements for crimping tools, wires and pin (hole) crimping barrels that are the main factors affecting crimping quality.
