Scope

This standard specifies the ultrasonic inspection methods, inspection rules and quality requirements for outer tile-backed high-stone brake tiles of new railway vehicles. This standard is applicable to the inspection of the welding quality of the tile back and tile body of high-phosphorus brake shoes with outer tile backs on new railway vehicles.
