- Scope
- This standard specifies measurement methods related to adaptive equalizers used in digital microwave wireless relay systems. These measurements are intended to characterize the system equalizer with selective fading, but can also be made in systems without adaptive equalizers. Taking into account the performance of those systems that are particularly affected by the use of frequency and/or time domain equalizers, the results of measurements on the system are represented by so-called characteristic curves. Additional measurements provide additional means of characterizing system performance.
