This standard stipulates the basic requirements for the entire process management of the formation and accumulation, arrangement, archiving, and file management, development and utilization of documents and materials with preservation value generated during the ecological and environmental protection work of construction projects. This standard applies to the management of ecological and environmental protection files for construction projects by the ecological environment authorities at all levels and their affiliated units (hereinafter referred to as the ecological environment departments). The management of ecological and environmental protection files for construction projects of other departments and units may be implemented with reference to this standard. This standard does not apply to the management of ecological and environmental protection files for nuclear and radiation construction projects.
