- This standard specifies the technical requirements for the relay network organization and special service center systems of various special service services and information service networks in various local telephone networks in my country whose first number is "1". This standard is mainly applicable to operators of local telephone networks and various special services and information service networks. Various special service stations and information service stations occupying the first number "1" and their special service relay circuit organizations, Network planning, construction and related equipment manufacturing. When other operators' service networks appear on the public local telephone network, their special service number arrangements, network number arrangements and inter-network interoperability methods, etc., do not fall within the scope of these regulations.
