Scope

This standard specifies the wheel set assembly, acceptance and warranty requirements for railway locomotives. The wooden standard is applicable to the assembly of wheels and axles of new wheel sets for railway locomotives. If there are special requirements or other parts need to be involved before or after the wheel and axle are assembled, they should be separately specified in the product drawing and its technical conditions.
