This standard specifies the method principle, reagents, instruments, analysis steps and precision of the ICP-AES method for the determination of iron, nickel, manganese, copper, aluminum and chromium in depleted uranium tetrafluoride. This standard is applicable to the determination of iron, nickel, manganese, copper, aluminum and chromium in depleted uranium tetrafluoride. The determination of the above elements in other abundant uranium tetrafluoride can be used as a reference. When the sampling amount is 0.25g uranium fluoride, the measurement range of iron, nickel, manganese, copper, aluminum and chromium is (5-500) μg/g.
