Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, transportation and storage of special petroleum vehicles. This standard applies to stereotyped vehicle chassis modification and chassis design, and is mainly applicable to petroleum special vehicles for fixed operations in oil fields. The categories included are shown in Appendix A (Supplement).
