Scope

This standard specifies the materials, strength design, non-destructive testing, and pressure test requirements for pipe fittings such as elbows, tees, reducers, and pipe heads used for high-pressure water injection in oil fields. This standard is applicable to oilfield water injection pipe fittings with a design pressure of 10-35MPa, a nominal diameter of 10-300mm, and a design temperature of 4-100°C.
