Scope

This standard specifies the DAS-ELISA detection method for Southern Bean Mosaic Virus. This standard is applicable to the detection of southern bean mosaic virus in leguminous crop seedlings. When detecting southern bean mosaic virus in leguminous crop seeds, the seeds must be germinated or planted and formed into seedlings before testing.
