Scope

This standard specifies the hazard level, general layout, minimum allowable distance, building and structure, fire protection, electrical, lightning protection, anti-static, radio frequency protection, and warehouse safety management of non-blasting civilian explosives storage warehouses (hereinafter referred to as warehouses). Requirements are the basic basis for warehouse design, acceptance, evaluation and supervision. This standard applies to non-explosive civilian explosives storage warehouses.
