- This standard specifies the integrity requirements and inspection and evaluation methods of J8512/ZF 24N and J8516 16N high-speed metal knitting machines. This standard is applicable to J8512/ZF 24N, J8516 16N high-speed metal knitting machines and high-speed cotton yarn knitting machines with the same number of spindles. Other types of high-speed metal knitting machines can also be implemented with reference. This standard does not apply to low-speed metal knitting machines and low-speed cotton yarn knitting machines.
