Scope

This standard applies to PAL-D/K standard television broadcast receiver very high frequency band (VHF) and ultra high frequency band (UHF) mechanical tuners. It is the basis for assessing the quality level of mechanical tuner products. This standard is used together with the standards cited in Chapter 2.
