Scope

This standard specifies the general technical requirements for harvesting and quality, packaging and labeling, pre-cooling methods, refrigerated transportation conditions and management of leaf lettuce (lettuce) for pre-cooling and refrigerated transportation. This standard applies to the pre-cooling and refrigerated transportation of fresh leaf lettuce (lettuce) for direct consumption in my country.
