Scope
This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules and labeling, packaging, transportation and storage. This standard applies to shrimp paste made from small shrimps such as Acetes shrimzpp, Mysis, Euppasia and other raw materials through fermentation and other processes. Shrimp effects made with shrimp heads as raw materials or adding other auxiliary materials can be followed.
