Scope

This standard specifies the ordering content, classification and code, size, shape, weight and allowable deviations, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking and quality certificates for hot-rolled steel strips for square and rectangular pipes. This standard applies to hot-rolled steel strips for square and rectangular pipes with a thickness not greater than 16mm and a width not greater than 2000mm.
