Scope

This standard specifies the test method for the cooling performance of automobile air conditioners in the complete vehicle state and in a thermal environment. This standard specifies three test methods: indoor environment simulation, outdoor static and outdoor driving. These three methods are independent, allowing one or more of them to be selected for testing.
