This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of emulsified liquid shoe polish. This standard applies to emulsified liquid shoe polish (except whitening type) that is emulsified into a liquid by a mixture of wax, polymer compounds and organic solvents and water.
