This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage requirements for liquid glucose. This standard applies to liquid glucose (or glucose syrup) prepared by hydrolyzing and purifying starch and starch-containing raw materials through enzymatic method (or acid method, enzymatic acid method, acid enzymatic method).
