- This standard specifies the classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of rubber air springs. This standard applies to the manufacturing and acceptance of curved bladder type (QN type) rubber air springs. Cylindrical (YZ type) rubber air springs can also be used as a reference.
