This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of food additive licorice antioxidants. This standard applies to licorice antioxidants obtained from the roots of licorice (Radix Glycyrrhizae) by physical extraction and purification with organic solvents. They are used as lipid antioxidants in the food industry. Synthetic antioxidants are not allowed to be detected.
