- This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules for welded parts of light industrial machinery. This standard applies to light industrial machinery welding parts made of carbon structural steel, low alloy structural steel, stainless steel and other materials using arc welding, gas shielded welding and other methods. Other welding materials and welding methods can also be used as reference. This standard does not apply to pressure vessels.
