Scope
This standard specifies the product classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and labeling, packaging, transportation and storage requirements for fermented milk-containing beverages. This standard applies to beverages made from milk or dairy products as the main raw material, which are sterilized and cultured and fermented by lactobacillus strains, prepared by adding water and food accessories, and then sterilized or not.
