- This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and markings, packaging, transportation and storage of AC rotating fans (hereinafter referred to as "rotating fans"). This standard applies to rotating leaf table fans, wall fans, ceiling fans, floor fans and table fans for household and similar purposes driven by single-phase AC motors with a voltage not exceeding 250V. This standard does not apply to leaf fans used under other special conditions. The safety requirements of the turning fans and speed regulators covered by this standard shall comply with the provisions of GB 4706.27.
