Scope

This standard specifies the determination of cellulase activity in feed additives using the reducing sugar colorimetric method. This standard applies to feed enzyme products used as feed additives, and also applies to additive premixed feeds containing cellulase. The minimum detectable amount of the sample is 1.0 UVg.
