- This standard specifies the product classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and markings, packaging, transportation and storage of paper and cardboard strength testing machines. This standard applies to tensile testing machines (hereinafter referred to as "testing machines") for the tensile strength and elongation of paper, cardboard and other low-strength sheet materials. The periodic technical status inspection of the testing machine during use is also used with reference.
