Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions of housekeeping services, housekeeping service agencies, waiters, service content, service management, customer communication and basic requirements for customer relationship management and the evaluation requirements for star waiters. This standard applies to the process of housework services in Shandong Province and the management of housework services by domestic service agencies that provide housework services. Foreign-related housework services can also be implemented with reference to this standard.
