Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of coal pyrophoricity testers. This standard is applicable to instruments (hereinafter referred to as instruments) that use the chromatographic oxygen uptake identification method to determine the tendency of coal to spontaneously ignite.
