- This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of pollution-free food freshwater crabs. This standard applies to Chinese mitten crab (Eriocheir sinensis, also known as river crab, hairy crab), red-clawed hand crab (Sesarma haematocheir, also known as crab, crab), Japanese mitten crab (Eriocheir japonicus), straight-fronted mitten crab (Eriocheir rectus) living creature. Other live freshwater crabs can be implemented accordingly.
