This standard stipulates the composition and requirements of the safety prevention and monitoring system of civil air transport airports, and is the technical basis for the construction of safety prevention and monitoring systems of civil air transport airports. This standard applies to the design and review of safety precautions and monitoring system projects at civil air transport airports (including the civilian part of military-civilian airports, the same below). The construction of safety precautions and monitoring system projects at flight training airports can be implemented with reference to this standard.
