This specification stipulates the hygienic requirements for the architectural design and facilities, hygienic management, production raw materials, processing technology, packaging and storage, transportation, in-flight catering services and personal hygiene of enterprises engaged in aviation food production and processing. This specification applies to aviation food catering enterprises and in-flight catering and catering. All enterprises that provide aviation food raw and auxiliary materials, semi-finished and finished products, food (drinking) utensils and food packaging materials should also refer to it.
