This standard specifies the instruments and equipment, measurement conditions, measurement procedures, etc. for measuring the electrostatic sensitivity of electric detonators. This standard is applicable to the sensitivity of electric detonators used in coal mines (instantaneous electric detonators, millisecond delayed electric detonators and second delayed electric detonators) to human body electrostatic discharge; it is also applicable to the determination of the sensitivity of coal mine detonators to electrostatic discharge of production, transportation and use equipment.
