This standard specifies the code, model specifications, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, transportation and storage of rubber-insulated vulcanized hot-patch tapes (hereinafter referred to as hot-patch tapes) for rubber-sheathed cables used in coal mines. This standard applies to vulcanized rubber belts made of synthetic rubber or natural rubber and rubber additives.
