- This standard is formulated in order to strengthen highway project quality management, unify highway project quality inspection standards and evaluation standards, and ensure project quality. This standard is applicable to the quality inspection and assessment of new construction and reconstruction projects of Class 4 and above highways. Its environmental protection and mechanical and electrical engineering parts shall be implemented in accordance with corresponding specific regulations. This standard applies to the management, monitoring, inspection and assessment of highway project quality by highway project construction units, project supervision units, construction units, quality inspection agencies and quality supervision departments.
